How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received by 3 pm are dispatched the same day. Royal Mail First Class postage is included free of charge. Royal Mail quotes 1-2 working days for delivery within the UK and 3-5 working days within the EU.

Can I return the product?
Yes, unused products can be returned within 14 days of order for a full refund less a 20% charge to cover restocking and the postal charges Tungsten Taps incurred. In the unlikely event that any of our taps and dies are faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
